It takes out the factor that you can only access your presentation on your main computer unless you carry around a portable storage device.

All you have to do is create a username and password and you are able to use all the features of the program at any computer. This is extremely user friendly for people who constantly travel, work from many computers, and also students who need to access their work from different computers. Many people find this more user friendly than Microsoft Powerpoint, even though Powerpoint has more advantages. These programs are very user friendly and play a major part in the availability to access your presentations at any time.
